PIRX projects your 10K finish time from a recent race result using its proprietary machine-learning prediction engine. Rather than applying one static formula, the engine fits to your individual endurance profile, cross-checks several internal methods against each other, and widens its supported range when they disagree — so you get an honest range rather than a false-precision number. How should I train to hit this 10K time?
The 10K sits right at lactate threshold, so tempo runs and cruise intervals at threshold pace are the highest-leverage sessions for improving your 10K time.
